Contract manufacturing and planned delivery.
We coordinate raw materials, manufacturing, quality control, packaging and shipment through one project schedule.
We manage the production plan together with the delivery target.
Raw materials, production lines, quality control, filling and packaging are coordinated in one schedule to support predictable project completion.

Controlled progress in three steps.
How are contract manufacturing and delivery managed in one schedule?
Production lead time is not limited to line operating time. Raw material and packaging supply, production sequence, quality controls, filling, packing and shipment preparation must be coordinated in the same project schedule.
Controlled commercial production
The approved formula enters the production plan according to defined process parameters. Manufacturing steps are carried out with traceability through batch records, process controls and finished-product assessments.
Packaging and delivery preparation
After filling and packing, labels, cartons, shipping cases and shipment arrangements are checked. Delivery timing is planned at the project’s outset, taking production capacity, supply status and quality control steps into account.
Answers to key questions.
How is the manufacturing lead time determined?
Lead time is determined by assessing formula approval, raw material and packaging supply, production capacity, quality control and packing together.
What stages make up the manufacturing process?
The main stages are planning, raw material preparation, commercial production, process controls, filling, packaging, finished-product checks and shipment preparation.
Are international delivery projects supported?
If target-market and shipment requirements are shared at the outset, manufacturing and delivery can be coordinated accordingly.
