Food supplement pilot production services.
We validate the formula, process behavior, filling performance and packaging compatibility at a controlled scale before commercial production.
We validate the process under controlled conditions before commercial production.
Compatibility with manufacturing equipment, flow behavior, filling performance, appearance and packaging interaction are assessed at a small scale to reduce commercial production risk.

Controlled progress in three steps.
Why is pilot production a critical product development step?
Pilot production allows the developed formula to be tested under conditions close to actual manufacturing. The aim is not simply to obtain a sample but to identify technical variables that may arise in commercial production at an early stage.
Measuring process behavior
Criteria such as flow and homogeneity in powder blends, compression behavior in tablets, filling precision in capsules, solubility in liquids and texture in cosmetics are assessed at a controlled scale.
Reducing commercial production risk
Manufacturing parameters established during pilot work help complete necessary formula or process revisions before commercial production. Sample appearance, user experience and packaging interaction are also validated at this stage.
Answers to key questions.
Are pilot production and sample development the same?
Sample development evaluates the product idea; pilot production validates the selected formula’s behavior under conditions closer to the actual manufacturing process.
Does every product require pilot production?
The requirement is assessed according to product format, the formula’s technical structure and manufacturing risk. For new or complex projects, pilot work offers important advantages before commercial production.
Can the formula change after pilot production?
Yes. Findings relating to flow, filling, appearance, taste, texture or packaging compatibility may lead to optimization before commercial production.
