Food supplement R&D and formulation support.
We develop manufacturable, stable, brand-specific formulas for vitamin, mineral, collagen, probiotic and cosmetics projects.
We turn scientific ideas into manufacturable formulas.
Ingredient selection, dosage, product format, sensory properties and process compatibility are considered together. We develop scalable formulas suited to the intended product claim and user experience.

How does food supplement R&D and formulation proceed?
Preparing a new food supplement or cosmetic for market starts with jointly assessing its target user, daily dose, format and manufacturing process—not simply combining ingredients.
Product-specific formulation development
Vitamins, minerals, botanical extracts, collagen, probiotics and functional ingredients are assessed against the target product profile. Capsule, tablet, softgel, sachet, liquid or cosmetic format selection is planned alongside ingredient characteristics and user experience.
Manufacturability and scalability
A formula that performs well at laboratory scale must also be suitable for commercial production. Flow, solubility, homogeneity, taste, texture, filling performance and packaging compatibility are considered before pilot work. This gives the formula a technical basis for transfer to commercial manufacturing.
Answers to key questions.
How long does formulation development take?
Timing depends on product format, ingredient count and sampling and revision needs. Stages and an estimated timeline are established after reviewing the project brief.
Can an existing formula be improved?
Yes. An existing formula can be assessed and revised for ingredient compatibility, target dosage, manufacturability, taste or texture and regulatory requirements.
Which product formats can receive R&D support?
Projects can be developed for capsules, tablets, softgels, sachets, stick packs, powders, drops, syrups and liquid shots, as well as cosmetic formats such as creams, gels, serums and lotions.
